Undead laws and treaties

That's EU Commissioner for Trade Karel de Gucht calling forth ACTA and SOPA from the dead as CETA, the Canadian-EU Trade Agreement. It's bogged down in committee with Canadian cities and municipal authorities applying to opt out of the procurement arrangements.

We're keeping an eye on it but don't see any progress being made any time soon.
